From the team behind the State Buildings Lawson Flats is a membership-based social club spanning three floors in one of the city’s last remaining Art Deco jewels.

Our member community has access to a collection of rooms fit for work, life, and play with co-working spaces, karaoke and listening rooms, an art gallery, movement studios, and Luis’ bar and kitchen by one of Perth’s leading chefs at the heart.

We’re a private members club in the heart of the city, open Monday to Saturday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The vibe? Somewhere between gallery opening and your most functional group chat — a mix of food, drink, conversation and the odd DJ set.

We are looking for the industry’s finest Baristas to join our team as we ramp up into the festive season to deliver exceptional dining experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.

The Barista role will be an AM position 6.30am – 12.30pm.

Responsibilities:
Delivery of food and beverage to our members
Taking orders and payments
Offer advice to customers on drink choices
Operate coffee machines and other equipment
Clean and maintain equipment and work area
Create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests

Qualifications:
WA valid RSA
Food Safety Certificate
Prior experience as a Barista
Positive time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail
Flexible availability, including night time and weekends
