Dispatch/Workshop Assistant

Reports to: Workshop Supervisor

Sydney, NSW | Full-time Permanent

Monday to Friday

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dispatch/Store Person to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and organising stock, preparing and dispatching orders, assisting with workshop duties as directed and maintaining a clean, protected, and effective warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.
Receive and store incoming stock.
Maintain inventory records and assist with stocktakes.
Keep the store and dispatch area organised and tidy.
Keep Records Up to Date
Follow all safety and operational procedures.
Assisting workshop/assembly and perform other duties as directed

Requirements
Computer Skills and Literacy (Experience with Corel DRAW, CAD,



SAP advantageous)
Previous warehouse or dispatch experience advantageous but not essential.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Positive attitude, effective communication skills and robust work ethic.

While this role will be starting primarily with dispatch there are opportunities to learn engraving and the related software suite and this would suit someone with good computer skills and an interest in design.

Full support and training will be provided to the successful applicant for any training required.

Renumeration will be relative to experience.
