Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and finance teams, you'll help drive efficient processes, provide commercial insights and ensure the smooth management of procurement and payment activities across the technology function.Key responsibilities include:Managing procure-to-pay activities, including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation and receiptingSupporting technology contract administration and maintaining contract renewal schedulesProviding administrative support, reporting and data management across the teamMonitoring and triaging service requests and stakeholder enquiriesMaintaining procurement records and ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresSupporting supplier management activities and building solid vendor relationshipsIdentifying process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and performanceAnalysing financial and commercial data to provide insights and improve outcomesAbout YouYou're a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with stakeholders and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.You will bring:A background in procurement, commercial analysis, accounts payable, finance operations or a similar roleHands-on experience with Coupa or other financial/procurement systemsExposure to contract management processes (Icertis experience desirable)Advanced Excel capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft 365Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesA bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or a related discipline is preferred but not essentialProcess improvement experience or exposure to methodologies such as Six Sigma would be highly regardedWhy Join Us?
