Technical Workforce Planning AnalystDWS is seeking an experienced Technical Workforce Planning Analyst to join a major Australian retail-focused workforce planning program.
This opportunity is ideal for a Business Analyst with strong workforce planning expertise who can translate complex Award and Enterprise Agreement requirements into actionable business and system outcomes.
You will work closely with workforce planning specialists to support compliance initiatives, award updates, process improvements, and delivery activities across a large-scale workplace.Where: MelbourneType: ACN Contractor or Max TermStart: ASAPLength: 6+ monthsStyle: Hybrid; 3+ days onsiteSalary: Up to $675/day (ACN) or up to $160K (inc super) Max TermKey requirements include:Highly experience with UKG or Kronos platformsDemonstrated capability interpreting Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, including pay rules, penalty rates, allowances, and rostering constraintsStrong workforce planning domain experience across rostering, labour scheduling, demand forecasting, and workforce optimisationAbility to translate compliance and industrial relations requirements into business requirements and system logicSignificant experience with process mapping, including current and future state analysisStrong requirements elicitation, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis capabilitiesExperience supporting compliance initiatives, award updates, estimation activities,
