ambition and emerging riskLead continuous improvement of benefits tracking tools and reporting processesSupport the development of KPIs and performance measures across workstreamsPrepare benefits reporting and forecasts for C-suite governance forumsPartner with FP&A; on monthly, annual and planning-cycle reportingAbout YouA degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline5+ years in commercial finance, FP&A;, management accounting, business performance or consultingStrong analytical skills, comfortable with messy or complex dataComfortable operating at C-suite level, able to translate complexity into a transparent, defensible point of viewStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with Power BI, Power Apps or similar reporting tools highly regarded
