This studio has a highly collaborative team delivering premium, design-driven projects for major clients in the commercial fit-out space.The RoleThis is an opportunity for a Mid–Level Interior Designer to take part in projects from concept through to documentation, getting exposure to client meetings, site visits and the internal delivery team.
You'll play a key role in helping shape workplace environments, balancing creativity with technical delivery, and ensuring projects are well-coordinated and buildable.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend client meetings, interpreting briefs into design solutionsTake part in prepare initial space planning and floorplansAssist in developing concepts, finishes, materials,



and mood boardsProduce and coordinate a full set of design documentation for constructionCollaborate with internal project and delivery teamsManage multiple projects across commercial fitout sectors with teamContribute across all project phases from concept to completionSkills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience of professional studio experience (workplace / fitout preferred but not required)Proficiency in Revit and Enscape (essential)Strong space planning and technical documentation skillsCollaborative mindset with a keen eye for design excellenceStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityWhat's on OfferExposure to projects across AustraliaJoin a cooperative, tight-knit teamEnd-to-end project involvement – from concept through to constructionOpportunity to grow within a dynamic design & construct businessSalary range $100k salary package
