Working closely with an experienced and highly regarded Reward leader, you will play a key role in remuneration reviews, governance activities, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the reward function.The OpportunitySupporting a broad range of business and corporate stakeholders, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality reward analysis and insights while ensuring operational excellence across reward programs.Supporting annual remuneration and incentive review cyclesConducting remuneration modelling, analysis and benchmarking activitiesProducing reward reporting, workforce insights and market analysisDeveloping data-driven recommendations to support business decision-makingPartnering with HR, Finance and business leaders on remuneration mattersSupporting remuneration governance, compliance and reporting requirementsWorking extensively with Workday, advanced Excel and Power BI reportingIdentifying opportunities for process improvement,



automation and efficiencyContributing to strategic reward projects and broader transformation initiativesAbout YouYou are an analytical and commercially minded reward professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data and influencing outcomes through insight and expertise.Experience within Reward, Remuneration or Compensation & BenefitsExposure to sophisticated remuneration structures and reward frameworksStrong remuneration analytics, reporting and modelling capabilityAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasetsExposure to Workday and ideally Power BIStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approachExceptional attention to detail and governance mindsetExperience within financial services, funds management, banking, insurance or another highly regulated setting will be highly regardedWhat's on Offer?
