If you have an interest in marketing or social media, there's real scope to build that into the role over time.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess broker accreditation applications end to end,



including document and insurance checksComplete customer and broker verification tasks accurately and on timeHandle inbound broker and customer queries, document requests and portal questionsMaintain the broker and customer database in Excel and the CRMPrepare recurring lists, trackers and activity reports for the sales teamSupport broker emails, LinkedIn and social activity, events and collateralWhat You'll BringStrong administration skills and a methodical way of workingExcellent attention to detail, you spot the missing document before anyone elseWorking Excel skills, sorting, filtering, formulas and basic pivot tablesProfessional written communication with brokers and customersAn interest in marketing, LinkedIn or social content is a bonusRecent graduates, career starters and experienced administrators looking for a broader role are all encouraged to apply
