As we grow our Melbourne team, we're looking for an Associate to work alongside our Managing Director.
This is a hands-on junior role for someone who wants to build a genuine career in property.Due to significant business growth, the Managing Director is seeking an Associate to join her team.
This is a fast-paced, highly involved role, learning from a market-leader.
You'll be out in the market inspecting properties, on the phone with agents and clients, and in the engine room of every purchase we make, from first conversation through to settlement.
If you're organised, hungry to learn and love property, this is the role that teaches you the buyers agency craft from the ground up.What you'll be doingSourcing properties that match our clients' briefs, including off-market opportunitiesProspecting and qualifying buyer leadsAttending property inspections and auctions across MelbourneBuilding and maintaining relationships with local real estate agentsPreparing proposal presentations and supporting comparative market analysisLiaising with clients, agents, and external stakeholders such as conveyancers and building inspectorsManaging diaries, organising appointments,
