An exciting chance has arisen for an experienced HR Operations professional to join a highly successful global investment business in its Sydney office.This is a broad and hands-on role for an HR professional who enjoys operational excellence, working with data and systems, and delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.Working closely with the local leadership team and colleagues across Asia and globally, you will take ownership of HR operations for the Sydney office while contributing to broader regional and global initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, transfers, employee changes and offboardingCoordinating payroll inputs, reconciliations and quality assuranceMaintaining accurate HR data and records across Workday and other HR systemsSupporting Australian employment compliance and HR governanceManaging visa, relocation and international mobility processesIdentifying opportunities to streamline, automate and improve HR processesSupporting global HR projects,



systems enhancements and continuous improvement initiativesWe are looking for someone with:5+ years' experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Generalist rolesStrong payroll coordination and reconciliation experienceExcellent knowledge of the Australian employee lifecycle and employment practicesExperience with Workday or a similar HRISStrong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detailA proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication skills and a high level of discretion and professionalismExperience working within a global organisation, supporting multiple countries, or exposure to mobility and immigration would be highly regardedThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join a high-performing global business, take ownership of a critical HR operations function and contribute to the continued growth and development of the organisation.
