Friday to Monday | Maryborough Campus

Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to provide hands‑on leadership and coordination across Support Services from Friday to Monday.

n

Working closely with the Support Services Manager, you’ll be a key point of support and escalation for weekend operations, coordinating staffing, workloads and day‑to‑day service requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing n

Supervise and support Support Services staff
n
Coordinate staffing, rostering and daily workloads
n
Respond to unplanned leave and changing service priorities
n
Act as an escalation point for weekend operational matters
n
Monitor service standards and support safe, effective service delivery
n
Maintain effective communication and handover with the Support Services Manager
n
