We're partnering with a fast-paced, consumer-led healthcare business on Sydney's North Shore to find a Senior Finance Analyst who can own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while genuinely influencing the way the business operates.This is a business going through an exciting period of growth, with real investment in its finance function and a genuine appetite for commercial partnering.
You'll sit close to the operational and marketing teams, with your analysis directly informing how the business plans, forecasts, and makes decisions.About the Role:Own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business unitsPartner directly with operations, marketing, and senior leadership to translate financial data into clear, actionable commercial insightPrepare and contribute to board-level reporting,



gaining direct exposure to senior stakeholdersBuild and maintain dashboard reporting (Power BI/SAP experience highly regarded)Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the numbers — and know how to communicate them in a way that drives actionSupport scenario planning and ad hoc commercial analysis as the business scalesContinuously improve forecasting accuracy and reporting processesAbout You:5-8 years' experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or a closely related disciplineProven ability to business partner with non-finance stakeholdersExperience within a medium-to-large, fast-paced, or consumer-facing environment (retail, FMCG, or similar considered highly favourably)Confidence translating complex financial data into commercial narratives that influence decisionsStrong abilities to build PowerBI dashboardsStrong Excel/financial modelling capabilityCA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
