Site Engineer – Class 2 Apartments & Mixed-Use Developments (Tier 2 Developer/Builder)
We're partnering with a highly regarded 4 Gold Star iCIRT-rated Sydney Tier 2 Developer/Builder to appoint an experienced Site Engineer to join the delivery team on a Class 2 residential apartment development based in Campbelltown, NSW.
About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale Class 2 residential apartment project currently under construction in Campbelltown, NSW.
Projects typically include:
Multi-storey residential and mixed-use developments
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities across siteAssist with short-term programming, sequencing, and delivery planningManage subcontractor coordination and site logisticsMonitor quality assurance and compliance with project specificationsEnsure WHS standards and site safety requirements are maintainedReview drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, and technical documentationTrack project progress and support reporting to the Project Manager and Site ManagerLiaise with consultants,



suppliers, subcontractors, and internal delivery teamsSupport project coordination from structure through to finishes and handover
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Engineer within a Tier 2 developer-builder environmentExperience working on projects within the $30M–$100M+ range preferredStrong understanding of construction sequencing, QA, and site coordinationAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced construction environment
