If you understand the hearing care industry, possess Oracle skills, and an academic network, we'd like to connect.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting to Australia's Back Office Business Partner & Talent Manager, the Talent Management Specialist will support the implementation of the People Strategy for Australia through the design, planning, coordination and delivery of key HR initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the design, development, and implementation of current talent development processes, resulting in the creation of an internal bench of top talentManage the development of performance management training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concernsDevelop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion,
and succession planningEnsure that organization-wide talent management is focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectivenessWork on implementing a system to collect and coordinate aggregate data for the talent pool and translate those data into deliberate action plans at the appropriate levelsAct as a partner and as a coach for the development of leadership paths, supporting the growth and continuous trainingPromote an Inclusive Culture, shape workplace inclusivity through workshops, mentorship, and coachingAct as a Diversity Advocate: champion collaboration, shaping a diverse and vibrant workforceCollaborative Design: Partner with the Country HR Director, Talent Acquisition team, HRBPs, and HR Operations team to design an engaging employee journeyCo-ordinate the "Employee Lifecycle" to ensure global deadlines are met and maximise program effectivenessApply the Talent Matrix Mastery: utilize the 9-Box Matrix for strategic talent managementManage the Global Opportunities: oversee international assignments for holistic growthPromote the Cultural Integration: lead seamless integration for newly acquired entities, reflecting our valuesDevelop and implement tailored onboarding and induction programs for all BO employeesFoster the Learning and Sustainability culture across the Corporate population ensuring all mandatory training is completedQualificationsMaster's degree preferred, especially in organizational psychology or human sciencesProven experience in talent management or HR leadershipHearing care expertise, Oracle proficiency, and an established academic networkProficiency in psychometric tests, behavioural predictive tools, Hogan assessments, and similarValues-driven leadership in a dynamic environmentPutting People FirstOne of the ways we amplify careers is by helping our people achieve their full potential.
