With continued growth and investment across the business, they are looking to strengthen their finance function with the appointment of an experienced FP&A; Manager.The opportunityThe FP&A; Manager will play an important role in supporting financial planning, performance analysis and commercial decision‐making across the organisation.This is a broad FP&A; position suited to someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, understanding business drivers and translating financial data into meaningful insights.The role will have exposure to senior management and provide an opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the finance function.Key responsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting and forecasting processesPrepare monthly management reporting and performance analysisAnalyse actual performance against budget and forecastDevelop and maintain financial models and forecastsProvide financial insights and commentary to senior stakeholdersPartner with key business areas to understand performance and financial driversSupport business planning and longer-term financial forecastingPrepare financial analysis and business cases to support investment and strategic decisionsDevelop and monitor key financial and operational metricsIdentify trends,



risks and opportunities and communicate these to managementImprove existing reporting, forecasting and FP&A; processesSupport financial modelling for new initiatives and business opportunitiesAssist with ad hoc commercial analysis and strategic projectsAbout youWe are seeking an experienced FP&A; professional with strong analytical and commercial capabilities.You will ideally have:CA/CPA qualification or equivalentExperience in FP&A;, commercial finance or financial analysisExperience within a technology, fintech or high‐growth business environment is advantageousStrong financial modelling and forecasting skillsStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesThe ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial insightsA proactive and commercially minded approachStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience with financial systems, reporting tools, data visualisation or process improvement would be advantageous.The opportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FP&A; professional to join a growing fintech business and take on a broad commercial finance role.You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, influence business decisions and contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation's financial planning and reporting capabilities.
