The role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of payroll services, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and data integrity of employee records.

Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager - Payroll and HR Systems, the Payroll Advisor works closely with employees, Library managers and external providers to support the entire employee lifecycle.

What you need
While familiarity with Aurion is preferred your super-user capability in payroll systems, coupled with your ability to navigate Enterprise Agreements for payroll implications, will stand you in positive stead for success in the role.
We value your ability to run payroll processing independently from end-to-end, and your capacity to exercise sound judgement when responding to service requests.
