We're seeking a Network Engineer to join our Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing hands‐on expertise across our enterprise network environment and helping deliver secure, reliable connectivity across the business.This is an outstanding opportunity for a networking professional looking to broaden their exposure across a diverse technology stack spanning Cisco networking, security, cloud, data centre, and enterprise infrastructure, while working alongside a collaborative and highly supportive team.About The RoleReporting into the Technology Engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting, designing, implementing and maintaining Vicinity's network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity, reliability, performance and security across the organisation.You'll play a critical role in maintaining a stable operational environment while contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives, infrastructure enhancements and technology projects.Key Responsibilities IncludeDesigning, implementing and maintaining enterprise network infrastructurePerforming network configuration, optimisation, upgrades and enhancementsMonitoring network performance and proactively identifying opportunities for improvementInvestigating and resolving complex network incidents and technical issuesMaintaining network security controls and supporting compliance requirementsConducting system updates, patching and preventative maintenance activitiesCollaborating with internal technology teams, stakeholders and vendors to deliver network solutionsSupporting strategic projects that enhance connectivity, security and infrastructure capability across the businessWhat Makes This Opportunity Different?
