It's an exciting opportunity to lead a Senior Management Accountant and Management Accountant, utilising your management experience to support their growth and development.
Working within a broader Finance team, you'll be championing effective decision-making across the business through accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.What will you be doing?
Lead, coach and manage a team of two, allocating and reviewing output to ensure accuracy and qualityOwn and oversee preparation of monthly management reporting and statutory financial reportingManage the year end audit process and preparation of financial statementsLead the annual budgeting process and forecasting across the group, assisting with budget tracking and queriesOwn balance sheet reconciliation processes end-to-endOversee accruals and prepayments processes to ensure completeness and accuracy.Act as the escalation point for management and statutory reporting queries from internal stakeholders.Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across reporting, budgeting, and balance sheet governance.What are we looking for in you?
Extensive experience in a financial or management accounting roleDemonstrated experience in a management role, with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage performance across a technical accounting team.Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA),



or equivalent qualificationExperience managing statutory reporting & audit, annual budgeting, and balance sheet reconciliation governanceProactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and take ownership of outcomes, utilising automation and embedding strong controlsWho is Revo?
