Working closely with clients, engineers, consultants, suppliers and project teams, you will help turn complex requirements into practical, efficient design solutions that support budgets, delivery programs and successful construction outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all stages of the design process across allocated projectsGuide and mentor Design Coordinators, building a collaborative, high-performing teamSelect, engage and coordinate subconsultants, integrating their work into the overall designCollaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, suppliers and construction teamsEnsure designs meet technical requirements and are optimised for buildabilityManage design budgets, schedules,



quality standards and project objectivesTake ownership of the quality and completeness of design documentationPromote continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing across projectsAbout YouYou are an experienced design professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and leading multidisciplinary teams.
