The business offers robust deal flow, institutional backing and exposure to listed and unlisted funds.The roleAn opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accountant to join the Sydney based finance team, supporting a high value Australian portfolio and working closely across multiple funds and listed REIT structures.Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:Deliver end to end financial accounting across a large scale property portfolioPerform reconciliations,



consolidation entries and financial statement analysisSupport month end and year end close in partnership with property managersContribute to monthly and quarterly property performance reviewsAssist with budgeting and forecasting processes across the portfolioPrepare statutory financial statements and support audit deliveryLiaise with external auditors, advisors and trustees across multiple entitiesManage cash flow across complex legal structures and investment vehiclesPrepare and lodge BAS, IAS and income tax returnsSupport finance deliverables across listed office and logistics REIT structuresAbout youTo be considered for this role, you will ideally be CA or CPA qualified or nearing completion, with 4+ years relevant experience.Property or real estate exposure is preferred, with strong technical accounting capability and advanced Excel skills.Experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Cognos or MRI will be viewed favourably.
