As a Technical Support Technician, you'll support with installation and maintenance of a wide range of medical imaging equipment.Responsibilities include:Develop a robust knowledge of the company's product rangePerform installations and maintenance of medical imaging equipment (x-rays, CTs)Conduct preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis,



and repairsSupport sales staff with technical information and knowledge.Respond in a timely manner to customer complaintsMaintain detailed and accurate records of service visitsAssisting with service contract renewals and finding new service business opportunitiesMust have:Restricted electrical licenseAvailable for a rotating on-call rosterAvailable for regional, domestic and international travelSkills/ExperienceDegree, diploma, or trade certification in Electronics or Electrical fieldExperience in field service of medical imaging equipmentNetwork and Dicom set up experience essentialAbility to work independently and be proactiveValid driver's licence and eligibility to work in AustraliaWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as requiredWhat's On OfferCompetitive base salary + car allowance + on call allowanceLaptop, phone, toolkit, and fuel card providedStructured onboarding and ongoing training
