About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team within the Consulting Suites of Calvary Health Care.
This role requires someone who can provide effective, efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting.
Reporting to the Business Manager, our receptionists play a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholdersMedical reception/administration role experienceHigh level of personal integrity to maintain patient/doctor confidentialityAbility to work proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activityExcellent communication skills both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomouslyProficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
