Our client is seeking an astute Senior Estimator who wants to join a business entering an exciting phase of growth. This builder operates across the East Coast of Australia, delivering a diverse portfolio of recent-build, heavy refurbishment, and fit-out projects ranging from $5M to $50M in the commercial sector.

With a strong client base and partnerships with some of Australia's leading brands, they have continued to secure work and recently strengthened their leadership team in preparation for a busy period ahead.

Reporting directly to an experienced Estimating Manager, you'll play a key role within the pre-construction team, helping to price and secure projects while contributing to the future growth of the commercial function. This is an opportunity to showcase your technical and commercial capabilities while positioning yourself for future leadership opportunities as the business continues to expand.

About You




Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
10+ years' experience within the construction industry
Proven estimating experience with a head contractor across new build and heavy refurbishment projects (commercial highly desired)
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structures, procurement, and cost planning
Commercially astute with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Team-oriented and looking to contribute to a positive office culture
