Presently, we have a need for Personal Care Workers to support our elderly at our St Albans facility.The Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesProviding personal care to our elderlyAssisting with activities of daily livingMobility assistanceAssistance with eating and drinkingKeeping accurate and up-to-date recordsObserving the conditions of our elderly and reporting any concernsEncourage care recipients to make their own decisionsRespite Care – companionship and conversationAbout The RoleA Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing (minimum qualification)Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field.Previous experience in providing personal care services in an Aged Care Facility or in Home & Community CareA team-oriented attitude, empathy and problem-solving skillsCommitment to deliver quality care to our elderlyBilingual proficiency - fluent in English and GreekMust have full working rights in AustraliaFronditha Care values the health and safety of all our people.
