Job DescriptionAs a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process.Job DescriptionAs a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process.This role is part time (fixed term) on a rotating shift - Day/Afternoon/Night, with a base rate of $***** per hour following initial training.Your key responsibilities include;Following safety standards and procedures to ensure a protected working environmentProducing products according to specifications and Quality standardsInspecting finished products to ensure they meet Quality standardsSetting up, operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipmentBasic machine troubleshooting and maintenanceUse of SAP and other online computer systemsActive use of lean manufacturing tools including 5Y, Kaizen and One Point Lessons to reduce losses across the plantMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentCollaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesReporting any issues to the Shift Leader or ManagerWhat you will bring:A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
