We work with some of Australia's and the world's leading brands, combining creativity, innovation and technology to deliver impactful media and advertising campaigns.Our purpose is to be a force for growth for our clients, our people and the broader marketing industry.About the RoleWe're looking for a Media Implementation Assistant to join our growing team and kick-start their career in media and advertising.This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across both traditional and digital media channels, including TV, Out of Home, Radio, Online Video, Display, Search and Paid Social.Working alongside an experienced team, you'll support the day-to-day implementation of campaigns while developing your media trading, reporting and technical skills.
From campaign set-up and monitoring through to reporting, billing and data management, you'll learn how media campaigns come together from start to finish.You don't need years of media experience to get started.
Bring your curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingness to jump in and learn, and we'll help you build the skills from there.What You'll Be DoingSupport the set-up, implementation and ongoing monitoring of media campaigns across traditional and digital channelsAssist with campaign reporting, data management and identifying insights from campaign performanceSupport campaign administration, billing, reconciliations and internal documentationWork closely with your team, internal stakeholders,



media partners and other agency teams to keep campaigns running smoothlyDevelop hands-on knowledge of media platforms and channels including TV, OOH, Search, Programmatic and Paid SocialMonitor campaigns and help identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accuratelyParticipate in brainstorms, training, workshops and strategy sessionsBuild your understanding of the wider media landscape, technology and campaign delivery through structured training and on-the-job learningAbout YouA genuine interest in media, advertising or marketingA proactive attitude, robust work ethic and willingness to learnStrong attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsConfidence using Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookA curious, analytical mindset with an interest in data and technologyPrevious media or agency internship experience is advantageous, but not essentialFull Australian working rightsWhy Join PHD?
