You'll spend time out in our dealerships and regional communities gathering content and building relationships, while also learning the planning, coordination and administration that sits behind a successful marketing function.You'll help bring the stories of the people, businesses and communities that make agriculture one of Australia's most important industries to life.At Ramsey Bros, marketing isn't just creating content and scheduling social posts.
It's about building genuine connections with growers, families, business partners and the communities we work alongside every day.This role would suit a recent marketing, communications, media or design graduate who is naturally curious, enjoys meeting people and can balance creativity with structure, capturing engaging content one minute and managing content plans, schedules and deadlines the next.
While content creation will be a big part of the role, you'll also gain exposure to the broader world of marketing, including campaigns, digital, events, communications and project coordination.You don't need to know everything.
We'll provide the support, training, pathway, systems and tools.
