Backed by a team ofmultidisciplinary experts, we deliver unique and valuable solutions to owners,contractors, engineers and suppliers around the world.The roleWe are looking for a capable and well-organised Administration& Marketing Assistant to support our small, international team from ourBayswater office.This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone whoenjoys variety, takes initiative and is comfortable working independently.
The role is expectedto involve 3 - 5 agreed weekdays per week, with hours of approximately 9.00 am to 3.00 pm,with someflexibility for occasional events or meetings.You will provide administrative, document and marketingsupport across the business, with responsibilities including:Administration and Office SupportProvidinggeneral administrative support to directors, engineers and subconsultantsMaintainingclient, supplier, industry and marketing databasesOrganisingelectronic records and filing receipts, invoices and other businessdocumentsAssistingwith meetings, employee onboarding, travel bookings and general officecoordinationOrderingoffice supplies, equipment and subscriptions, and liaising with suppliersAssistingwith straightforward day-to-day IT issues and liaising with external ITproviders where requiredDocuments and Microsoft OfficeFormattingreports, proposals, letters and procedures in Microsoft WordMaintaining and updating Microsoft Word templates and managing complex document formatting and layoutsPreparingand updating PowerPoint presentationsMaintainingExcel registers, contact lists and spreadsheetsProofreadingdocuments and ensuring skilled and consistent presentationMarketing and EventsSupporting the development and implementation of the company's marketing planDeveloping and maintaining a practical marketing content calendarPreparing, scheduling and publishing approved content across LinkedIn,
Instagram and the company websiteFollowing up planned marketing activities to help ensure content is prepared and published on scheduleCoordinating brochures, capability statements and other promotional materialsAssisting with conferences, training sessions and company eventsMaintaining marketing, conference and industry event calendarsWhat we expectWe value a flatstructure, flexibility, and open communication, while maintaining high professional standards in the work we deliver.We are looking forsomeone who:Is organised, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of tasksWorks accurately and has strong attention to detailCommunicates clearly and professionallyCan manage competing priorities and follow tasks through to completionIs willing to learn, ask questions and take initiativeEnjoys working as part of a small team and is happy to assist across different areas of the business when neededWhat you will bringIdeally you will have:Relevant experience in administration, office support, marketing coordination or a similar roleAdvanced Microsoft Word skills, including experience with templates and complex document formattingStrong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong organisational and time-management skillsA proactive, practical and reliable approach to your workExperience in an engineering, consulting or professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.Experience with databases, email marketing, website and social media content, event coordination or basic IT administration would also be beneficial.
