We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to join our Operations Support team based in Mount Kuring-gai.
Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and delivery teams, you will play an important role in keeping projects running efficiently through effective coordination, administration and stakeholder support.

As a valued member of our team, you'll be contributing to projects that make a real difference in our world.Job DescriptionThe Role: Reporting to the Project Officer, you will be working as a member of the NSW project team where you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support in a fast-paced environment.Duties will include but not be limited to:Maintain project records, databases and documentation across multiple systemsPrepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and project-related documentationPerform accurate and timely data entry to support project delivery activitiesProvide administrative support to Project Managers and operational teamsRespond to stakeholder enquiries and ensure information is communicated effectivelySupport compliance, document control and record management requirements.Desired Skills and ExperienceYou:To secure an interview for this great local opportunity,
