As a Maintenance Officer, you will play an important role within the community ensuring homes and shared spaces are safe, functional and well presented.
You'll manage a range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, from repairs to general handyperson work, while engaging positively with residents.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a trade background or strong domestic maintenance experience, who is friendly, proactive, and passionate about helping others.This is a Permanent Full-Time position working Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)Your ImpactCompleting general repairs and handyperson tasks such as painting, picture hanging and light replacementsPerforming small plumbing maintenance, including replacing taps and washersSupporting the upkeep of external assets such as lighting and sprinkler systemsCarrying out scheduled preventative maintenance across the communityManaging community tools and equipment to ensure they are safe, organised and fit for purposeRecording maintenance activities, notes and job updatesBeing a friendly and approachable presence for residents while working closely with a supportive teamPlease note - this is not a gardening role (we have that covered!)What You'll BringExperience in a general maintenance or trade‐based role, including hands‐on handyperson tasksA proactive, solutions‐focused approach,
