We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to become part of a supportive team committed to delivering excellence.Working as part of a busy payroll function, you'll be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while providing support across a variety of payroll activities, compliance requirements and process improvement initiatives.What's in it for you?

reporting and compliance activities.Supporting payroll audits and legislative requirementsAssisting with process improvement and system enhancement projectsBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across the businessAbout you:To Be Successful In This Role, You'll HavePrevious payroll experience, ideally within a high-volume or fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the mining or construction industry is highly advantageousStrong understanding of Australian payroll legislationExperience working with Awards and/or Enterprise AgreementsExposure to payroll and HRIS systemsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesIntermediate Excel skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesWho are we, and what's next?
