This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with next-generation AI infrastructure and enterprise-grade hardware within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.If you enjoy working in live operational environments, solving technical problems and being part of a team delivering cutting-edge infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingInstall, configure and maintain data centre hardware including servers, storage systems, networking equipment and racksPerform structured cabling works across copper and fibre infrastructure to industry standardsSupport rack and stack deployments, hardware upgrades, migrations and decommissioning activitiesMonitor systems and respond to operational alerts, incidents and service requestsTroubleshoot hardware, connectivity and infrastructure-related issuesSupport high-performance compute and AI infrastructure environmentsMaintain accurate documentation including layouts, asset registers and operational proceduresConduct routine inspections across power, cooling, airflow and physical infrastructure systemsFollow change management and operational governance processes aligned to ITIL practicesWork collaboratively with engineers,



vendors and operational stakeholders to ensure service reliability and uptimeWhat We're Looking ForProven experience working within live data centre or critical infrastructure environmentsStrong hands-on knowledge of server hardware, structured cabling and networking conceptsExperience with fibre and copper cabling installation, testing and troubleshootingFamiliarity with switching, routing and enterprise infrastructure environmentsUnderstanding of PDUs, UPS systems and cooling infrastructureStrong problem-solving capability and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and documentation skillsCustomer-focused mindset with strong attention to detailWorking knowledge of ITIL processes and service management principlesRelevant certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL or similar are highly regardedDesirable QualificationsCompTIA Server+, Network+ or similar infrastructure certificationsITIL Foundation certification or exposure to structured IT service management environmentsExperience working within enterprise, hyperscale or high-performance compute data centre environmentsExposure to DCIM tools, monitoring platforms or infrastructure management systemsBasic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g. PowerShell, Python) is advantageousExperience supporting GPU infrastructure or AI-related compute environments will be highly regardedWhy Join Sharon AI?
