Location:Surrey Hills | 5 days on-site roleTerm:Full Time permanent roleStart: Looking for an immediate start for business continuityJoin a dynamic international education organisation and play a central role supporting executive leaders, corporate operations and global business activities.AEMG Education is seeking a highly organised, proactive and service-oriented skilled to join our team as a Corporate Services Coordinator.This is a varied and fast-paced role that sits at the heart of the organisation, supporting executive leaders while ensuring the smooth delivery of corporate services, travel coordination, office administration and operational activities across Australia and our international network.Working closely with the Corporate Services Manager, , you will help keep our operations running efficiently while building strong relationships across the business.About UsAEMG Education is a leading international education organisation headquartered in Melbourne, partnering with more than 70 education and research institutions across Australia and around the world.
Through our global operations, we help students and academics access life-changing education opportunities.Together with AIFE, a TEQSA-accredited higher education provider, we support students, academics and education professionals across Australia and around the globe.About the RoleReporting to the Corporate Services Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating a broad range of corporate services and administrative functions that support the efficient operation of the organisation.You will provide administration support, coordinate domestic and international travel, assist with events and stakeholder visits, manage office operations and contribute to a range of business-wide initiatives.This role offers significant variety and is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities,



working across different teams and delivering high-quality operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support & Diary ManagementProvide diary and administrative support to the President (AIFE) and Vice President (Academic)Coordinate meetings, appointments, agendas and related documentationPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations and administrative materialsManage competing priorities, day to day administration tasks and assist with follow-up actions and communicationsTravel & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for staff and executive leadersLiaise with travel providers, accommodation suppliers and internal stakeholdersPrepare itineraries and supporting travel documentationSupport travel administration, record keeping and reconciliation activitiesCorporate Services & Office AdministrationSupport the day-to-day operations of the Surrey Hills officeManage corporate services requests through the General Operations shared inboxCoordinate office supplies, facilities, contractors and service providersMaintain operational records, registers, documentation and SharePoint systemsSupport reception and visitor management activities when requiredEvents & Stakeholder CoordinationAssist with the delivery of conferences, workshops, executive visits and stakeholder eventsCoordinate venue bookings, catering, travel logistics and event administrationSupport partner visits, delegations and internal staff eventsProvide on-the-day coordination and logistics supportAssist with procurement,



purchasing and vendor management activitiesCoordinate invoice processing and expenditure trackingMaintain operational records and reporting documentationSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational projectsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Experience in corporate services, executive administration, office coordination or a similar operational support roleExceptional organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience coordinating travel, meetings, events and operational logisticsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build productive relationships across all levelsProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint or similar document management platformsA proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skillsProfessionalism, discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential informationWhy Join AEMG?
