cost tracking and budget variance analysisReview and analyse property accounts prepared by external property managerProvide technical accounting and tax advice for real estate transactionsPrepare quarterly unit price reporting to investorsPrepare annual statutory reportsPrepare tax calculations and working papers including BAS/tax distributions and other tax compliance matters including land tax, GST and general tax reportingAssist team with compliance, debt management and investment administration for funds and project entitiesCashflow forecasting for funds and projectsprocess improvements and systems enhancements as requiredThe PersonYou will be CA/CPA qualified and have robust hands on technical skills with a can do attitude, excellent attention to detail and the ability to interact and build relationships with the business.
