The Role & Duties
Working in the IP team, this is a busy role supporting two Partners and a team.




You'll be an integral part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, efficiency and a proactive attitude.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travelPreparing and amending legal documents and correspondenceFile and matter management (electronic and hard copy)Monthly billing and time entryOpening and closing mattersAssisting with court documents, briefs and e-filingGeneral administrative support to the team
About You
12+ months experience as a Legal Secretary in IP or LitigationConfident using legal billing softwareStrong billing experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritiseFriendly, adaptable and team-focusedExcellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
