Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, this role is responsible for the administration, maintenance and governance of employee pay rates across multiple business divisions.Key responsibilities include:Maintain and manage employee pay rates, allowances, and remuneration data across payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and integrityCoordinate annual remuneration reviews, EBA wage increases, and other rate-related changes across the businessConduct audits and reconciliations of rates, superannuation, allowances, and payroll-related data to ensure compliance and minimise riskDeliver reporting, analysis, and insights on remuneration structures, rate changes, and payroll dataSupport payroll governance, testing, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancementsCandidate ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Experience in Payroll, Rates Administration, Remuneration, Payroll Systems,
