We are looking for an Estimating and Sales Administrator to support their busy estimating and sales function, playing a key role in keeping quotes accurate, timely and builders informed.

Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing builder plans and quote requests, then providing explicit guidance to the estimating team
Checking and signing off on quotations prior to issue
Acting as the main point of contact for builders, answering questions and following up outstanding quotes
Providing broader administrative support across sales and estimating to keep the customer journey running smoothly

About You
Able to confidently read and interpret residential building plans
Background in estimating, sales or administration within the residential construction industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
