We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic review of an organisation's Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience capabilities.This role will suit a Business Analyst with experience in BCM, BIA, risk, resilience, governance or consulting, who is confident working with stakeholders and developing high-quality documentation and deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport current-state assessments of BCM and Enterprise Resilience capabilitiesAssist with and facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshopsConduct stakeholder interviews and document findingsReview and analyse existing BCM frameworks, policies, processes and documentationSupport maturity assessments and gap analysis against ISO ***** and relevant risk frameworksDevelop and update BCM documentation, templates and resilience playbooksSupport development of implementation roadmapAssist with executive-level reports,



presentations and client deliverablesWork closely with the Lead Consultant and wider project team to ensure quality and consistency of outputsAbout YouExperience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or ConsultantStrong experience in BCM, BIA, Enterprise Resilience, Risk or GovernanceHands-on experience supporting or conducting BIA workshopsStrong analytical, documentation and report-writing skillsExperience developing frameworks, processes, templates or playbooksUnderstanding of ISO ***** and BCM best practiceStrong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skillsExperience within Australian Government or highly regulated environments is highly desirable
