strictly following vendor payment termsReconciliation of payment runs and accountsAssist Finance Team with month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations including bank, and end of month stock takes.Maintain accurate accounting documents and records including appropriate control measures to avoid duplicate accounting or payment of invoicesOversee general cashier duties, and monitor internal controls as required.QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business or related disciplineSuccessful experience or exposure in accounts payable, finance or a similar administrative roleKnowledge of Opera, RMS, ResPax, SUN, or similar financial systemsAttention to detail, organisation skills and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional InformationCooinda Lodge Kakadu, offers a unique opportunity to work in one of Australia's most iconic locations, surrounded by natural beauty and rich cultural heritage.
