You'll identify and execute strategic leasing opportunities, working closely with Directors and senior staff to deliver exceptional outcomes for property owners, occupiers and other stakeholders.Utilising JLL's advanced technology platform and marketing capabilities, you'll deliver data-driven insights and run campaigns that create superior results for landlords and tenants alike.
But the freedom and work flexibility in this position will also allow you to make the role your own — sitting down with designers, architects and retailers on space layouts, and with marketing coordinators preparing schedules and advertising.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved and input into many parts of the process.Job DescriptionAssist the Director to prepare and present proposals to property owners and advisorsAppraise property owners and their advisors of current market conditions including lease rates, factors affecting marketability,
