5–8 years of experience in project engineering and MOC management.Robust understanding of engineering documentation and standards.Proficiency in SAP and engineering drawing tools.Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Management of Change (MOC):Lead and coordinate the MOC process for engineering and process modifications.Ensure all changes comply with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.Conduct risk assessments and technical reviews for proposed changes.Maintain accurate records and documentation of all MOC activities.Coordination with project manager and technical reviewers for completion of project.Experience in Brownfield oil and gas engineering projectsShould participate in 3D model review.Supporting and coordinating or handling multidisciplinary teamProficient vendor management and client handlingTo have knowledge about various engineering standardsShould have knowledge about project planning and schedulingCoordinates project issues identification and resolution process.Manage document updates, approval workflows, and close-out requirements.Prepare RFQs for engineering service providers, contractors, and vendors.Evaluate technical inputs and quotations.Coordinate with procurement teams for material and service requirements.Should have sound knowledge of all the documents or deliverables required for project executionEnsure documentation accuracy and alignment with project and process requirements.Systems & Tools:Utilize SAP for engineering data management, maintenance planning, procurement, workorder creation.Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Prepare and present technical reports, change proposals, and project updates.Facilitate cross-functional meetings and technical discussions.
