Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of construction and mining equipment, renowned for delivering cutting-edge machinery, quality products, and exceptional customer support.

What you will be doing:
Providing exceptional service to both external and internal customers.
Interpreting customer parts requests and identifying correct components.
Supplying parts to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
Sourcing parts as required from suppliers and distribution networks.
Raising and processing invoices for parts sales.

What you will need:
Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter or parts environment.
Experience or knowledge of earthmoving, construction, mining, or heavy equipment.
High level of computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
Solid time management and organisational skills.
Forklift Licence (High Risk Work Licence) preferred but not essential.
