Key responsibilities
Coordinate regional resources to support the effective delivery of construction, maintenance and upgrade projects.
Supervise contractors, field staff and office-based teams involved in planned and responsive works.
Support the planning, delivery and monitoring of service maintenance, facilities and traditional works programs.
Maintain solid working relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

What you need
Demonstrated experience supervising construction, maintenance, facilities or asset-related works.
Solid understanding of building construction, maintenance practices, contract procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, resources, contractors and project deadlines.
