and reactive works across health sector sitesMonitoring contract performance against KPIs and reporting on outcomesIdentifying opportunities to grow the account and improve service deliveryWorking closely with the Service Coordinator and technicians to resolve issues and keep work on trackManaging budgets, forecasting and commercial reporting for the contractRepresenting Star Group in client meetings, site visits and reviewsChampioning safety, quality and compliance across every site and every jobWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in account or contract management, ideally within electrical, facilities or trade servicesStrong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, KPIs and reportingConfident, senior-level communicator, comfortable presenting to and managing client relationshipsExperience in or a strong understanding of electrical maintenance contracting (highly regarded)A leader who can motivate and support a field-based team through a coordinatorSound problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressureIf you're an experienced Account Manager ready to take ownership of a major health sector contract and build a long-term career with a trusted contractor, we'd love to hear from you.Star Group believes in diversity and is committed to providing Equal Employment Chance for all applicants.
