About the Role

We are looking for a Casual Practice Administrator to provide reception and administration support at our UniquePhysio Bankstown clinic.

Shifts will be available to assist with annual leave, sick leave and other staff coverage as required.

You’ll play an important role in supporting the day to day running of the clinic and creating a welcoming and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings,



phone calls and client enquiries
Processing payments and daily takings
Maintaining a clean, tidy and patient ready clinic environment
Assisting with accounts and general administrative duties
Laundering towels and preparing treatment rooms

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and email
A positive, can do attitude and willingness to help
High attention to detail and solid time management skills
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical workplace
Availability to assist with leave coverage when required
Previous administration or medical reception experience preferred
Experience with practice management software is a bonus
