Backed by a national network, the firm continues to grow and is now seeking a Client Manager to play a key role in their Sydney team.You'll work with a diverse client portfolio spanning start-ups, family groups and SMEs through to consolidated groups and international clients, with the autonomy to manage relationships and deliver work your way.
You'll act as the 2IC to the Managing Director across their portfolio, taking on a predominantly client-facing role with minimal staff management, allowing you to focus on client relationships,



technical work and advisory opportunities.Some responsibilities include:Preparation and review of income tax returns for all entities and all other compliance requirementsPreparation and analysis of management reportsProvision of tax advice on issues such as FBT, Div7A, CGT, GST, PSI, tax planning and structuringProviding support to Managing Director in relation to client management and project based work.Applicants:Experience working in a Manager or Supervisor capacity in Business Services/TaxApproximately 6+ years' experience in public practiceStrong technical understanding of SME matters and able to advise on related issuesDemonstrated experience managing own clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSolutions-oriented mindset and able to articulate information of varying complexities to stakeholders effectivelyThis is an prospect to join a genuinely progressive accounting firm that values flexibility, professional development and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.
