Supporting customers across your assigned territory, you'll work closely with equipment owners to maximise machine performance, identify maintenance opportunities, and deliver proactive parts and service solutions.
This is a field-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, improving fleet reliability, and helping customers keep their equipment operating at its best.Key Responsibilities Conduct onsite machine inspections and fleet assessmentsIdentify maintenance, repair and component replacement opportunitiesPrepare proactive parts and service quotationsComplete machine health inspections and detailed condition reports by use of Company provided systems and toolsSupport service agreement opportunities and renewalsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships within your territoryWork closely with Sales, Parts and Service teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomesPromote Hitachi aftermarket solutions and value-added servicesMaintaining the CRM system to reflect activities performed within your regionAbout You To be successful in this role, you will have:Intermediate to Advanced level trade qualification within the Construction and or Mining industryStrong working knowledge of construction,
