Designing world-class playgrounds and outdoor fitness solutionsIn this role, you will take the lead in designing and documenting playground and fitness projects from the earliest concept through to final technical layouts.
You'll ensure every design meets Australian Standards (AS****), accessibility guidelines, and our internal design principles.
Your work will involve close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Installation, Marketing, and the Kompan Design Studio in Denmark, as well as occasional direct presentations to clients.Key Responsibilities IncludeProduce accurate 2D technical drawings and layouts using AutoCADCreate high-quality, photo-realistic 3D visualisations and animations for playground and outdoor fitness projectsInterpret site plans and incorporate topographic details into layoutsProducing accurate technical drawings in AutoCAD and ensuring full compliance with AS****Creating visually engaging presentations that clearly communicate design intentPrepare visually engaging client presentations using company templates to communicate design intent effectivelyCollaborating with internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycleManaging multiple projects while maintaining design integrity and timelinesDriving quality through creativity and teamworkYou have proven experience in design - ideally within landscape architecture, architecture, industrial design, or playground design - and you're confident working across concept development, technical documentation, and cross‐team collaboration.
