In this role, you'll play a key part in helping Australians make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.You'll own the customer journey from initial enquiry through to application submission, providing expert guidance, outstanding service and a seamless experience every step of the way.Working with customers who have already expressed interest in our products through inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns, you'll combine your sales skills, relationship-building ability and customer focus to deliver outstanding outcomes for both our customers and NobleOak.What You'll Be DoingResponding to inbound enquiries and providing customers with clear, accurate and compliant informationContacting qualified leads generated through our website and marketing campaignsManaging your own sales pipeline and customer follow-up activityBuilding trust and rapport while helping customers understand their life insurance optionsGuiding customers through the application process from enquiry to submissionAchieving sales, service, productivity and quality targetsMaintaining accurate customer records and documentationEnsuring every interaction meets regulatory,
