Someone who loves understanding how systems work, enjoys solving complex problems and can troubleshoot across operating systems, networks, applications, cloud platforms and security technologies.
You'll be responsible for engineering, integrating and improving critical cybersecurity capabilities across a large-scale enterprise environment.The team is highly technical, collaborative and passionate about technology.
They are seeking someone who shares that curiosity and enjoys exploring new tools, automation techniques and emerging technologies.What You'll Be DoingDesign, implement and enhance enterprise cybersecurity capabilitiesEngineer, integrate and support security platforms and servicesDrive automation through scripting, APIs and Infrastructure-as-CodeTroubleshoot and analyse complex systems across infrastructure, networks and applicationsPartner with cloud, infrastructure, architecture and engineering teams to embed security throughout the technology lifecycleBuild integrations that improve visibility, monitoring and operational efficiencySupport platform roadmaps, upgrades,



continuous improvement initiatives and security uplift programsContribute to the adoption of contemporary engineering practices and automation capabilitiesEvaluate and help shape emerging AI-driven security and engineering solutionsYou'll bring:Strong experience across operating systems, networking and enterprise infrastructureThe ability to dissect, troubleshoot and understand complex technology environmentsExperience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell or similarExposure to cloud technologies, ideally AWSExperience integrating systems through APIs and automation frameworksStrong security engineering fundamentals across enterprise environmentsA passion for technology and continuous learningWhile not essential, we'd love to speak with candidates who have experimented with:Generative AILarge Language Models (LLMs)AI agentsMCPs (Model Context Protocol)Local or self-hosted modelsAI deployments within cloud environmentsWhether that's through commercial projects, personal experimentation or side projects, we're interested in people who are naturally curious about where technology is heading.If you're the type of engineer who enjoys pulling systems apart, understanding how they work and building better solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
